When Matthias posted this drink some time ago we just immediately felt the urge to re-shake it. We love that the cocktail contains both mezcal as well as an amaro and on top of that our all time favourite green bottle - Chartreuse.⁠

Transcendence

Recipe by Matthias Soberon

Ingredients:

1,5 oz mezcal⁠
0,5 oz amaro Nonino⁠
0,75 oz lime juice⁠
0,5 oz agave syrup⁠
1 barspoon green Chartreuse⁠
1 eggwhite or aquafaba⁠

Mixing:

Dry shake all ingredients, and then shake again with ice. Fine strain into a coupe.⁠
