We thought it was fun making this sour drink that taste a lot like lime although no lime is used. Instead we made a limeless solution by combining 20 grams of malic acid with 40 grams of citric acid and 1 liter of water. (Just stir to combine).⁠ ⁠ Is it the same thing as lime? No it's not, and that's the whole idea. By using real lime a vegetal element is added along with the acid. ⁠ Melon liqueur is a divider. Much too sweet and artificial some say, exotic and delicious other say.⁠ ⁠ We're probably caught in between those opinions. But we really wanted to give this drink a chance, as it also includes vodka and pineapple juice - that we don't use too often.⁠ ⁠ After shaking and pouring, you are left with a stunning looking drink if you ask us.
