The Negroni Warmer

The Negroni Warmer

As a mix between a classic Negroni and an Irish coffee this drink is still something of its own. And it works so wonderfully well - becoming a rather unique experience. The key here is the sugar we believe, that's what balances the bitterness of the Carpano Botanic. And then of course using old tom gin rather than regular gin also adds a sweet sensation. This in combination with sweet vermouth becomes almost as mulled wine - which feels so fitting for the season. And who doesn't like whipped

Tom and Daisy

Tom and Daisy

Tall cocktails are always fun to kick off the weekend with. They are festive, but not overwhelmingly strong. Be a bit cautious though, the Tom and Daisy is easy to sip on, but there is actually quite a lot of old tom gin in it…⠀ ⠀ Seeing yellow Chartreuse in recipes always makes us extra happy. It's a gorgeous liqueur that adds both taste and colour to drinks.⠀ ⠀ We used sustainable metal straws, and reused plastic drink stirrers in this one. No unnecessary waste here! Pins and Needles

Pins and Needles

We thought this recipe sounded so elegant just by reading it, so we of course had to make it. And the result does not disappoint at all, this is a luxurious serve.⁣ ⁣ We accentuated the elegance not⁣ by garnishing the drink itself, but rather the surrounding with a few sleek straws of grass, and we choose simple coupes to pour the drink in.⁣ ⁣ We really liked the boozy taste as well as the golden colour of this drink. The perfect spring serve!⁣ Pins and Needles Recipe by Jonathan Lind Ingred

Upper Crust

Upper Crust

We love orgeat. It's such a cool sweetener as it is not only sweet, but also nutty, and it has this velvety texture. ⁣ ⁣ Using it in the Upper Crust cocktail is perfect. It pairs well with Cognac and it creates a very smooth drinking experience. And the Cognac used gives this drink a rather luxurious feeling.⁣ ⁣ The taste is rich and creamy, with a perfectly balanced level of sweetness. It is a drink to enjoy after a good dinner, as well as to kick off the weekend with!⁣ Upper Crust Recipe by

Carbonated Tom Collins

Carbonated Tom Collins

Making carbonated cocktails is fun, and actually a lot of cocktails can be done this way. Just remember you’re under pressure when you use a siphon so be careful and always follow instructions from the siphon manufacturer. This fizzy Tom Collins was great! We loved the bubbly sensation and the rather dramatic way of preparing the cocktail. Carbonated Tom Collins Recipe adapted by Craig Schoettler Ingredients: 2 oz Old Tom gin 0,75 oz lemon juice 0,25 oz simple syrup 4 oz water Mixing: Add al

Ephemeral

Ephemeral

The Ephemeral by David Shenaut is an interesting riff of a classic Martini cocktail. By using Old Tom Gin rather than regular gin, and by adding elderflower liqueur this cocktail gets significantly less dry than the original. But then there's also the single dash of celery bitters that is surprisingly much noticeable in the final outcome. We love clear cocktails like this one. What might look like a coupe of water immediately surprises you on the first sip. The Ephemeral is boozy, sweet and ear

Off-White Negroni

Off-White Negroni

There are regular Negronis, there are white Negronis, and then there is the Off-White Negroni. We found the recipe for this gem in Greg Henry's book “Savory Cocktails”. Suze is a liqueur made on the roots of the gentian plant. This means it gets a bitter taste, but obviously in a good way. Normally you would be tempted to pair it with something sweet or acidic, but here it is rather paired with only Cocchi Americano and gin. It's not just any gin though, but Old Tom. This means there actually
