Bubbly, pale pink, low ABV - what more could you ask for a hot summer day in Sweden? We find ourselves doing more and more highballs the hotter the temperature gets, and it's probably not so strange in the end. Of course nothing beats pure water as a quencher, but this Lido Shuffle cocktail comes pretty close!
Lido Shuffle

Ingredients:
1 oz Cocchi Americano
0,5 oz Aperol
0,5 oz yellow Chartreuse
0,5 oz lemon juice
Mixing:
Shake with fresh ice, and strain into an ice filled collins glass. Top up with club soda and garnish with an orange twist.
