When we commented on how beautiful one of the glasses used by Susan over at @susandjones27 [https://www.instagram.com/susandjones27/] was, she kindly offered to gift us the glass! So off on a journey from the US to Sweden it went, thankfully arriving in one piece a few weeks later. Etrog has been a new discovery to us during 2017. It's a yellow citron fruit, looking like a knotty lemon. At Sukkah Hill Spirits they turn this characteristic citron into a delicious liqueur. And tonight we incorporate the Etrog liqueur in a Polished Diamond cocktail. Another ingredient in this drink is a dry white wine, which we don't use too often in cocktails.
