This bright red cocktail is very tasty with its whiskey, Lillet rosé and Aperol mix and those very noticeable flavors from the cucumber.

We're always amazed at how versatile Aperol is, it can be used in so many different kind of drinks, and it always tastes fantastic. Of course it is also nice that it contributes with such a gorgeous colour.

We were very generous on the cucumber garnish, and those ribbons actually doubled as a healthy drink snack as well!
