A Rubberband Man, that's what I'm holding in my hand (together with a rather large amount of rubber bands). This balancing act was well worth the effort though, this cocktail is a really nice one! “Le Bateleur” - we just love the name of this Death & Co original by Alex Day. It's a true autumn cocktail with all those dark spirits in the same recipe. The gin obviously leads the way, but it is nicely accompanied along that way by Punt E Mes, Strega and Cynar. A quite Italian cocktail in the end, despite the french name. If you are making a cocktail called The Gift Shop, by Thomas Waugh from Death & Co New York City, you know it's gonna be good!
