While completely lacking alcohol, this serve certainly doesn't lack elegance and sophistication. And that's one of the nice things about last years craft cocktail revolution, that it also applies to alcohol free drinks.
Seedlip is becoming a staple in many mocktails, just like gin is in so many cocktails. It's easy to understand why, with Seedlip you get the taste and feel of regular gin (it's actually produced in a very similar way) but you are still able to drive home.

Ingredients:
2 oz Seedlip Grove 42
0,5 oz fresh lemon juice
0,75 oz fresh (blood) orange juice
0,5 oz simple syrup
Mixing:
Shake all ingredients with fresh ice and double strain into a coupe glass.
