Solbeso & Grapes

We haven't used our bottle of Solbeso in a while so it was just time to do so. It's a really good product, tasting a lot of chocolate so the drinks mixed on it taste just like that - chocolaty!

Using grapes in drinks is not something we do very often, so that's one of reasons we chose this particular recipe. The sweet grapes, bursting with flavour and freshness is somehow an ideal drink ingredient and we need to use it more times in our cocktailing.

The sun was very much present when we photographed the drink, so no extra lightning needed. One of the advantages of summer!

Clear ice is denser and melts more slowly, keeping your drink colder for longer without diluting its

A Spirit(ual) Journey Throughout the North of Sweden

It has always been on our wishlist, to tour the more northern parts of Sweden. Our interest in spirits and cocktails have taken us to many places in Sweden and abroad, but until now not really more north than Uppsala. Norrbottens Destilleri Töre, close to Kalix, is where Norrbottens Destilleri produce the
