Another summer sipper; this is the Soft Shock by the editors of PUNCH.

Being 50% a Gin & Tonic and 50% a Rebujito this highball gets quite Spanish, mixing two of Spain's most popular drinks.

And it is quite understandable why these refreshing cocktails are so popular in sunny and hot Spain. With mint, sherry and tonic water, along with lots and lots of ice this is the ultimate remedy for warmness.

And yes, that's ready-made Swedish Tonic we are using! This very Swedish brand started out with a tonic syrup which we have featured before. But now having the option to just open a bottle of ice cold tonic water is great during summer! It's actually delicious also to drink on its own this tonic water!

Unlike cloudy ice, clear ice is free of impurities and air bubbles, offering a pristine, glass-like appearance that enhances the visual appeal of any cocktail. But it's not just about looks. Clear ice is denser and melts more slowly, keeping your drink colder for longer without diluting its

A Spirit(ual) Journey Throughout the North of Sweden

It has always been on our wishlist, to tour the more northern parts of Sweden. Our interest in spirits and cocktails have taken us to many places in Sweden and abroad, but until now not really more north than Uppsala. Well this just changed, as we got the chance to pay a visit to gin producer Norrbottens Destilleri. And this was just the start of five fantastic days, driving between so many beautiful spots. Norrbottens Destilleri Töre, close to Kalix, is where Norrbottens Destilleri produce the
