Punt e Mes means “one and a half” and it's made of one part vermouth and one part amaro. So it's more or less a cocktail already to begin with and that's why adding just a splash of club soda is all that's needed to turn everything into a nice and refreshing drink.

This is a perfect summer sip!

Ingredients:

3 oz (or more) Punt e Mes
club soda to top up with

Mixing:

It doesn't get much more simple. Into a highballglass add the Punt e Mes and some fresh ice. Top up with club soda and add a straw. Voila, time to start sipping.
