Sure, it's not really morning when we post this. But this cocktail can certainly be enjoyed also at evening time. It is of course the coffee liqueur, and the serving in cups that justify the cocktail's name.⁠

The coffee liqueur mixes very well with the walnut liqueur. Both have quite distinct flavour profiles on their own, but they still play very well together in the same cocktail.⁠

So, good morning, and cheers!⁠

Ingredients:

1 oz dry gin⁠
1 oz sweet vermouth⁠
0,75 oz coffee liqueur⁠
0,25 oz walnut liqueur⁠

Mixing:

Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill. Strain into a tea cup and garnish.⁠
