While visiting Australia we met up with Inoka at @cocktailco.au and she took us to @distillerybotanica managed by Philip Moore. There we got to do a gin tasting as well as strolling the gardens where all the plants used to flavour the gins are growing.

This half day at the distillery was mesmerizing to say the least. It was such an authentic experience, and hearing Philip talk about the love he has for his products felt so genuine.

The Magnus cocktail was the perfect match for the beautiful Botanic Garden Grown Gin that we bought from Philip. First of all, the bottle the gin comes in might be the most stunning spirit packaging we’ve ever seen. And as expected the taste is phenomenal. It’s bold, full of flavors, and very striking.

Thank you Inoka for the hospitality you showed, and for taking us to Distillery Botanica - it was such a treat. And it certainly didn’t hurt that you did a private tasting for us in the evening after the distillery visit =)

Unlike cloudy ice, clear ice is free of impurities and air bubbles, offering a pristine, glass-like appearance that enhances the visual appeal of any cocktail. But it's not just about looks. Clear ice is denser and melts more slowly, keeping your drink colder for longer without diluting its

A Spirit(ual) Journey Throughout the North of Sweden

It has always been on our wishlist, to tour the more northern parts of Sweden. Our interest in spirits and cocktails have taken us to many places in Sweden and abroad, but until now not really more north than Uppsala. Well this just changed, as we got the chance to pay a visit to gin producer Norrbottens Destilleri. And this was just the start of five fantastic days, driving between so many beautiful spots. Norrbottens Destilleri Töre, close to Kalix, is where Norrbottens Destilleri produce the
