Dill is an herb strongly connected with Scandinavia, and Sweden especially. We like to boil potato with dill, we use it in pickles, we season fish with it and we garnish our shrimp sandwiches with dill sprigs. So of course Oskar Kinberg, who is Swedish, incorporated dill in a cocktail and came up with the most clever name drink name.

The cocktail gets this nice green colour thanks to the dill and it’s accentuated by the the cucumber juice, which also contributes with an earthy green flavour.

Recipe by Oskar Kinberg

0,5 oz elderflower cordial
0,25 oz simple syrup
0,33 oz cucumber juice
1-3 dill sprigs

Add all ingredients (including the dill) into a shaker and shake with fresh ice. Double strain into a coupe and garnish with dill.
