Whisky Highball

This is such a simple cocktail, yet it is surprisingly complex. Something happens when whisky is mixed with sparkling water.⁠

Whisky Highball

Ingredients:

1-3 oz whisky

Mixing:

In a highball glass add 1-3 oz of whisky according to taste and mood. Top up with club soda and gently stir. Potentially add ice cubes and then drink immediately.
