When Marius over at Ginfluencers posted this recipe a few months ago we knew we needed to try it. Sloe gin is a fantastic product, adding both taste, colour and a bit of elegance to any cocktail. Complemented in this recipe only by two types of vermouth and a tiny amount of bitters shows how simple it can be to make an intriguing, eye-catching and most of all tasty cocktail. It's a solid recipe, and we urge you to try it. Recipe by Ginfluencers [https://www.instagram.com/ginfluencers/] Ing

Amore Morado

Amore Morado

A little brown it turned out, but the taste is anyway bursting with intricate flavors. There's the aromatic violet liqueur, the powerful absinthe, the slightly sweet sloe gin and then tequila. An interesting recipe indeed, that we think worked well. Always nice to use sloe gin, it's such a vibrant product and we do appreciate its semi sweet character. Amore Morado Recipe by Phil Ward Ingredients: 1 oz tequila blanco 1 oz sloe gin 0,75 oz grapefruit juice 0,5 oz lemon juice 0,5 oz simple s

Being Swedes our hearts beat a little extra for recipes featuring Swedish bottles. And it's exciting to see how punsch is finding its way to different corners of the world. It's an aromatic and flavour packed product that works so good in cocktails (and not only warm in a glass, accompanying pea soup on Thursdays - yep that's the traditional way of consuming it). Here the punsch is paired with tequila and slow gin, giving the drink both colour and flavour. And even if the lemon juice is only add

Sloe And Unsteady

Sloe And Unsteady

Sloe Gin is so colorful, and always fun to use because of that. So when we saw the Sloe And Unsteady by Jessica Sanders in Imbibe Magazine we needed to try out the recipe. When the slightly sweet sloe gin is combined with bitter Fernet a really interesting cocktail emerges. Apparently this is one of the bestsellers at Drink well in Austin, and we totally see why! Sloe And Unsteady Recipe Ingredients: 1,5 oz sloe gin 0,5 oz Fernet-Branca 0,5 oz lime juice 0,5 oz honey syrup 2 dashes Angostura

Charlie Chaplin

Charlie Chaplin

This is the Charlie Chaplin cocktail. A fun drink with apricot brandy and sloe gin, giving the cocktail a very pleasant colour. The cocktail dates back from before 1920, and originates from New York's Waldorf-Astoria. It's always extra enjoyable mixing a drink at home, knowing it's been around for a hundred years and it still works brilliantly. Also, with only three carefully selected ingredients, what could go wrong? Stick to hight quality labels, and try to go for fresh organic limes and you

Conspiracy Theory

Conspiracy Theory

The Conspiracy Theory by Connor Stehr is a sloe gin driven cocktail, which is extra fun for us to make as it contains Swedish punsch. The punsch contributes with an arrak kind of flavour, and it is relatively sweet. It plays very well with the sloe gin which is also somehow semi sweet, but is countered nicely by the lime juice. The sloe gin we used, Monkey 47, is not as intensely red as some other brands, so our cocktail ended up more on the orange side. It still tasted divine, so our complime
