Have at it, by Alex Day is a rather funky cocktail found in Death & Co's book. The list of ingredients is long, but there are only quite common products in it. As the cocktail is primarily based on sherry it gets low on ABV, especially as the whole creation is also topped up with club soda. There was a delicate change in the weather when we poured this cocktail. The cloudy autumn sky suddenly cleared up and the sun made a very welcome appearance.
