Tonight it is time to feature a classic. This is the 20th Century cocktail made with gin, cacao liqueur, Lillet blanc and fresh lemon juice. The Sinu Metu by Joy Richardson is made with Irish whiskey. We don't use that very often we have to admit, but we do have a bottle of Jameson in our cabinets and we decided it was time to put it to use. Also we realized the colour of the finished cocktail would match our new coasters. We bought them at the Museum of Spirits here in Stockholm.
