Kind of a Christmas drink it is, the Schnitzelburg cocktail. With the Caradamaro and Maraschino cherry liqueur, combined with bourbon and Fernet-Branca it's anyway the perfect sipper now, a few days after Christmas. What we liked about this cocktail was its intensity. It's a boozy drink, but with more tastes than just the strong bourbon.
