We're going low ABV again with this cider-based cocktail. Cider is a good way of lowering the alcohol by volume while still keeping the drink festive and sparkling.⁣

The cranberry cordial is easy to make. Boil down about two thirds of some store-bought cranberry juice. Add about the same amount of sugar and let it melt on low heat. This way you're creating almost a syrup, that tastes of cranberries.⁣

The nice bouquet of flowers we got from our friends who was visiting us for dinner and drinks. Hence there are four glasses in some of the photos.⁣

Cheers!⁣

A Spirit(ual) Journey Throughout the North of Sweden

It has always been on our wishlist, to tour the more northern parts of Sweden. Our interest in spirits and cocktails have taken us to many places in Sweden and abroad, but until now not really more north than Uppsala. Well this just changed, as we got the chance to pay a visit to gin producer Norrbottens Destilleri. And this was just the start of five fantastic days, driving between so many beautiful spots.
