Pegu Club
We took another chance to use the Highclere Castle Gin in a classic cocktail. This time we chose a Pegu Club, which is a spin on a a gin sour, with orange liqueur added.
Such a nice cocktail this is! It really lets the gin shine, at the same time evoking further interest wit hoses orange notes. The sour lime completes everything in the perfect way.

Recipe
Ingredients:
1,25 oz gin
0,75 oz fresh lime juice
0,25 oz orange curacao
0,25 simple syrup
1 dash orange bitters
1 dash Angostura bitters
Mixing:
Shake all ingredients with fresh ice and fine strain into a coupe.
