Oaxacan Smoking Jacket

This one is so delicious with all of that mezcal in it. And we think it is nicely complemented by the other ingredients in the drink; sherry and amaro CioCiaro.⁠

Ingredients:

1,5 oz mezcal⁠
0,5 oz oloroso sherry⁠
0,5 oz Amaro CioCiaro⁠
0,25 oz simple syrup⁠
8 drops mole bitters⁠

Mixing:

Stir all of the ingredients with fresh ice, strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
