Those Underberg bitter bottles actually make a beautiful garnish, which this drink proves. Because after emptying the tiny bottle into the mix, the bottle is later used as a pretty striking decoration in the middle of the frozen drink.

And frozen drinks are a lot of fun on their own. It's just a weird in-between consistency that is sooo lovely to slurp on. You could attack it with a spoon or a thick straw, but you can also drink it like a regular drink, it just requires some patience.

Now a whole small bottle of bitter is usually not your typical ingredient in frozen cocktails, but here it works so well. It's just like that silky orgeat somehow embraces the Underberg and creates a whole that is even greater than its parts.

Clear ice is denser and melts more slowly, keeping your drink colder for longer without diluting its

A Spirit(ual) Journey Throughout the North of Sweden
