Standing tall on this photo are two Gin Gin Mules. This famous cocktail is composed by Audrey Saunders and it is kind of a mix between a Moscow Mule and a Mojito.

This cocktail certainly is as refreshing as a Mojito, but using gin rather than rum makes this cocktail more dry. On the other hand there is the ginger beer in it to add some sweetness, and a spicy kick at the same time.

Summer is soon approaching Sweden, this is most definitely a cocktail we might sip on again, during those hot days to come.

A Spirit(ual) Journey Throughout the North of Sweden

It has always been on our wishlist, to tour the more northern parts of Sweden. Our interest in spirits and cocktails have taken us to many places in Sweden and abroad, but until now not really more north than Uppsala. Well this just changed, as we got the chance to pay a visit to gin producer Norrbottens Destilleri. And this was just the start of five fantastic days, driving between so many beautiful spots.
