Combine Harvester

Using apple brandy and Calvados is a great way when you want to create those summery cocktails. The apple flavour is very refreshing, at the same time maintaining that stiffness we often want from a cocktail.⁠

Now there are quite a few ingredients in this one, but most are only added in small amounts. It's still vary much the apple brandy defining the drink.⁠

We actually swapped the apple juice and the honey syrup for an Apple, Honey & Lemon still drink from The Soho Juice co - which worked fantastically well and saved us one step in the creation process =)⁠

Ingredients:

2 oz apple brandy⁠
0,33 oz Pedro Ximénes sherry⁠
0,5 tsp Maraschino liqueur⁠
0,66 oz lemon juice⁠
0,33 oz honey syrup⁠
1 oz apple juice⁠

Mixing:

Shake all ingredients with fresh ice and strain into a coupe.
